1. Delivery Options

All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide.

You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery, where available:

STANDARD DELIVERY

• Delivery time depends on the warehouse location (see below)

• Free shipping for all orders

• During peak seasons or promotional sales, delivery may take slightly longer

EXPRESS DELIVERY

• Delivery time depends on the warehouse location (see below)

2. Shipping Time by Location

Overseas Warehouses (U.S., Europe, other regions):

• Shipping time: 7–10 business days

Custom Dolls (shipped from China):

• Shipping time: up to 20 business days, including production time

All orders are shipped via trusted international couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

3. Order Tracking

• Delivery time starts once your order is accepted and processed (usually within 24 hours on business days).

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking link.

• Tracking information may take a few days to appear.

• Orders can also be tracked in your LOVETA account.
