LOVETA Sex Doll Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return / Exchange Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Promotional or discounted items follow the same rule.

  • Custom sex dolls (made-to-order) are non-refundable.

    • Before shipment, LOVETA provides photos and videos of the finished custom doll for customer confirmation. Only after your approval will the doll be shipped.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before product processing for a full refund.

  • Once a doll has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


3. Return / Exchange Conditions (Applicable for Non-Custom Dolls)

  • Dolls must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging intact.

  • Dolls must be returned in one shipment using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted from the country of delivery (e.g., US orders must be returned from the US).

  • Return shipping and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Hygiene & safety notes:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, used dolls cannot be returned, except for factory defects or shipping damage.

  • Factory defects or damaged dolls (not caused by human misuse) can be returned after photo/video verification by customer service.

Damage caused by human misuse (e.g., cutting, burning, or improper cleaning) is not eligible for refund.


4. How to Return a Doll

Step 1: Contact lovetahelp@outlook.com with:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or video of the defect (if applicable)

Step 2: Package the doll securely in the original box, with all accessories.

Step 3: Include all documentation provided by LOVETA for customs or return processing.

Step 4: Ship using a reliable courier. Ensure the package is securely sealed.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Allow 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, China time) for the return to be processed.

  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back at your expense.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the return is accepted.


6. Custom Doll Policy

  • All custom dolls are final sale.

  • Before shipping, LOVETA will send detailed photos and videos of the finished doll for your approval.

  • Once approved and shipped, custom dolls cannot be refunded or returned.
